SHIPPING

Each order is handmade and carefully hand packaged, which takes 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping times may vary.

Standard Shipping within the USA, applies to ALL 50 states.


Shipping fees range from $7.50 - $15.00 dependent on the weight of the purchased item. Free US shipping is available on all orders over $99 within the US. Code FREESHIPPING must be applied at checkout in order for discount to reflect on the final price.

We ship 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, except for major holidays.  Orders placed over the weekend will begin to be processed on Mondays. Most orders will be produced & shipped within 3-5 days, Large purchases or custom orders may require more production time which will be discussed & agreed upon by both parties prior to the order confirmation.

Have an issue with your order?  We can make adjustments to an order within the first 2 hours of an order being placed.  Our customer service operates Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm PST.  If your request is sent, and received within that time frame we will do what we can to accommodate you!   

We have no control over USPS delays or delivery issues.  We are not responsible for packages that are determined by carrier's as “Undeliverable” or “Return to Sender”.  Any package that requires re-shipping for these reasons will incur additional shipping charges.  

Having difficulty locating your package?  Please use the tracking number shared in your shipping confirmation email and contact the mail carrier directly with any issues on your delivery status.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase and if you don't, let us know!

Products available on Rarebirdy.com are handmade and might have slight imperfections and variations which we believe makes our products truly special. This does not however effect the quality of our products. We take pride in providing high quality products, which we hope gets to you as such. We are happy to offer a full refund/exchange in the unlikely event that your purchase has been damaged; it does not stand up to your expectation or it is of substandard quality. If this is the case then please let us know at hello@rarebirdy.com along with a photo of the product. You will then have 30 days from date of purchase, to return the product/products back to us (at your own expense) where we will review the return before making the decision to refund. All products should be unused and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds cannot be made on sale items or custom/personalized orders.
